This notice explains how enquiries submitted through this website are handled.

Your enquiry

The form collects your selected services, the answers you choose to provide, contact details and meeting or event preferences. Personal narratives are optional. These details are used to review your enquiry and respond to you; submitting an enquiry does not make a booking or subscribe you to marketing.

Who receives it

Your completed enquiry is emailed to BeMedia at info@bemedia.co.za for enquiry handling. A copy is saved in this WordPress website and can be accessed by authorised website administrators. Please share only information needed for your enquiry, and avoid including another person’s private details.

Storage and retention

Saved website enquiries expire after 12 months. Automatic deletion is checked by a scheduled task when the website receives visits. Email copies and private website backups are held separately; deleting a website record does not automatically delete those copies.

Answers are not saved in persistent browser storage or included in page URLs. Basic website and email infrastructure processes requests to operate these services. The form uses a short-lived keyed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; this is not stored with the enquiry.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email info@bemedia.co.za. Please identify the enquiry so it can be located. Requests concerning email or backup copies are reviewed separately.
